Our “why”
We founded Humanize Wealth to serve a growing chorus of investors seeking to activate their wealth to address the existential threats of inequality and climate change.
Traditional wealth management practices perpetuate broken economic and social systems. As practitioners we have been trained to prioritize individualism over community, utilize wealth transfer strategies that further inequality and recommend investments that fail to properly account for social and environmental harms, risks and costs.
We are taking a decidedly different approach by offering a suite of wealth management services that balance individual needs alongside shared prosperity.
Who we are
Humanize Wealth is a 100% employee-owned, independent registered investment advisor. We are proud to be women-led as only 5% of registered investment advisers are majority owned by women.

Leslie Rosenberg, CFP®
Partner & Head of Financial Planning
Hi, I’m Leslie. I co-founded Humanize Wealth out of my desire to create connections between clients and their communities that have a positive impact on social and economic equity, racial justice, and the environment.
I have spent most of my 15+ year career in wealth management – from working with billionaires at a global Wall Street firm to tech entrepreneurs at an independent firm in Seattle. My work at Humanize Wealth combines my years of experience managing portfolios and building financial plans with my desire to help people realize the power of their wealth to make meaningful & systemic change. As a financial planner, I help people gain clarity around their situation, envision the life and impact they want to have, and serve as a guide to develop and implement solutions.
I am passionate about access to quality early education for all and I serve on the finance committee at Denise Louie Education Center, which provides multicultural early learning services to vulnerable children and their families in Seattle. My interests include urban planning, behavioral economics, sustainable coffee, and enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest with my daughter, partner, and rescue hound.

Partner & Head of Investments
Hi, I’m Kyle. I co-founded Humanize Wealth to fundamentally shift the way wealth owners think about, manage and apply the full power of their resources as a force for good, for themselves and the communities in which they work and live.
With 30+ years experience, I’ve served a variety of clients including pension funds, foundations & endowments and high net worth households and family offices. I collaborate with clients building comprehensive financial plans and investment strategies designed to meet each client’s goals alongside positive environmental and social impacts, globally and locally.
As a founding member and national community steward for White Men for Racial Justice, I’m passionate about taking actions to help dismantle systems of patriarchy, racism, classism and misogyny. I also serve on the investment and finance committee for Renton Regional Community Foundation following five years in a similar capacity at Washington Farmland Trust. Previously, I was a founding board member of Community Credit Lab (now an affiliate of Common Future), an advisory board member for Tondo Foundation, independent lead director for innovative green home builder Green Canopy NODE, and an advisory board member for Upstream 21 that was a place-based holding company for sustainable small businesses.
Outside interests include food, music, travel and outdoor adventures across the Salish Sea, Cascades and beyond.

Jenae Poe
Partner & Head of Impact Strategy
Hi, I’m Jenae.
I co-founded Humanize Wealth because the way that capital markets function today no longer matches the needs of tomorrow. I am passionate about moving investment dollars away from extractive industries and toward funds and initiatives that seek to strengthen communities and ecosystems.
I bring over a decade of expertise researching and writing about global social and environmental risks and solutions. My background in wealth management spans project management, investment research, strategic communications, and investor relations. I love helping individuals and families build an impact investment strategy that reflects their values.
Outside of work, I enjoy making art, snowboarding, and teaching partner acrobatics. Originally from the Oregon coast, I have always had an interest in sustainable forestry and have traveled to the Amazon rainforest three times. I speak Spanish fluently.
