Humanize Wealth Partners LLC (“Humanize Wealth”) recognizes that our relationships with current, prospective and former clients are based on integrity and trust. We work hard to maintain your privacy and to preserve the private nature of our relationship with you.

Humanize Wealth will not disclose your personal information to anyone unless it is required by law or at your direction, for example to comply with a court-ordered warrant, a subpoena or summons issued by a judicial officer, or a grand jury subpoena. Use of SMS Text Numbers

Humanize Wealth collects and uses mobile phone numbers in the normal course of business in communicating directly with its clients, prospective clients, vendors and professional service providers. We do not use SMS Text messages for marketing or promotional purposes and we will never sell your personal information of any kind, including your mobile number, to any third party

We may use third-party service providers to assist us with providing communication related to our services to you via SMS text and we may share your SMS text number and contact information with such third parties for these limited purposes.

We use Ring Central for personalized text messaging communication with customers, Ring Central uses and processes your information in accordance with its privacy policy available at https://www.ringcentral.com/legal/last-update-march-11-2024/privacy-notice.html

We may also share your personal information if necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.



How we collect SMS Text Information

We may collect SMS Text contact information directly from you, for example in person during an initial consultation, during an online meeting, while scheduling an appointment, while setting up an account with us, and while setting up and using our third party client service tools. Personal SMS Text information we collect directly from you may include your first and last name, and mobile phone number. We do not collect SMS text numbers directly from our website.

Opting Out of SMS Text Messages

What information we disclose

We are permitted by law to disclose nonpublic information about you to third parties in certain circumstances. Humanize Wealth may disclose client’s NPI: (1) to individuals and/or entities including, but not limited to, third-parties that assist in the supervision or management of your account(s) (i.e., sub-advisers, account custodian, record keeper, attorney, etc.); (2) to service providers contracted by us in order for us to perform the duties in furtherance of the client’s engagement with Humanize Wealth (i.e. client management systems, archiving technology vendors, cloud service providers, etc.); (3) to your authorized representative or power of attorney; (4) when we receive your prior consent; (5) in connection with a proposed or actual sale, merger, or transfer of all or a portion of our business; and (6) as otherwise permitted to do so in accordance with the parameters of applicable federal and/or state privacy regulations.

In the event that Humanize Wealth has a change to its client privacy policy that would allow it to disclose non-public information not covered under applicable law, Humanize Wealth will allow its clients the opportunity to opt-out of such disclosure.

How we protect your personal information

We restrict and limit access to client information only to those who need to carry out their business functions. We safeguard client information by preventing its unauthorized access, disclosure, or use. We maintain physical, electronic, legal and procedural safeguards to protect your confidential personal information.

Former clients

Even if we cease to provide you with financial services, our Privacy Policy will continue to apply to you, and we will continue to treat your nonpublic information with strict confidentiality. We maintain all records regarding all former clients for the retention period required by law.

Your Privacy Rights

You may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to port it to a new service, or to request that your personal information be corrected or deleted. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us.
